it would put a damper on any enjoyment of this
I don’t understand all the negativity in the reviews, yes the pacing isn’t in Bourne territory, but it is suspenseful, fabulously acted and keeps you engaged. Fassbender is excellent again and unlike most spy dramas it is actually quite believable. I haven’t seen the French original before this so forgive me if I don’t make a comparison but it would be a shame if there is any negative comparison. Perhaps the pacing concerns stem from binge-watching culture, it is probably slow if you want to watch multiple episodes in one sitting.
but honestly I don’t see any problem with it
Please don’t let any of the negativity stop you from watching, it’s well worth your time.
